Is it too late to make a difference? We are happy to let you know that there is no such thing.

Several of our clients approach us with some anxiety as they doubt whether it is "worth the effort" or possible to break through, make a difference or perhaps make a change beyond a "certain age". We were truly surprised to note that this "certain age" can equally be 28, 40, or even 55 years. When you are mentally exhausted, don't see yourself clearly and can't make decisions with confidence, then - whatever your age - you tend to think that it is "too late" to change or to agree to move in new directions.

Instead, you tend to stick to your gruesome daily toil and buy a single ticket to burning out unhappiness in life. And yet, could you find a 55-year-old person who would tell a 24-year-old that it was “too late” to do anything to succeed in life? Or could you show me a 80-year-old man who would talk a 55-year-old out of taking action? The lesson is that it is never too late to grow, to make a fresh start or to improve your self-awareness. It is worth trying even if you only get no more than a year of greater motivation, satisfaction and happiness in return.
